Terms of Sale

1. One-of-a-kind, custom and limited edition pieces are not returnable. Aimee reserves the right to extend the time needed make custom work, if need be. Please call Aimee at 415-682-7128 or email her at info@aimeegolant.com if you have questions about a potential custom order, return or exchange prior to placing your order.
   
   
2. Heavenly Shin, Window and Chic-let jewelry as well as Window, Overlay and Door to the Soul mezuzahs may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Return shipping must be postmarked within 30 days, and shipping costs will be paid by the customer. See below for shipping instructions.
   
   
3. Repairs or exchanges of broken pieces will be issued free of charge within 1 year of purchase. Contact Aimee for verification via phone or email to notify her of the desired repair or exchange. Please include the invioce number and date of purchase. Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
   
   
4. Once you have contacted Aimee via phone or email, to notify her of the repair, or exchange, and it has been approved, ship your item through UPS, fully insured for the value of the contents. Please include a copy of the invoice with the package. For security purposes, please DO NOT write "diamond" or "jewelry" or other high value words on the package. Aimee is not responsible for loss or damage during the return process.

5. After one year there will be a $50 per hour plus materials fee on all repairs.
   
   
6. Aimee is not responsible for lost items.

1. Jewelry minimum $1,300.00 or 12 pieces; mezuzahs: 12 piece minimum, menorahs: 3 piece minimum.
   
   
2. Suggested retail prices are listed, they include packing, UPS ground shipping and insurance within the US.
